CORNALINA: Meaning, Origins, Properties, Benefits and Virtues

Carnelian is a stone with red and orange colors, it symbolizes happiness, courage and dynamism.

Very easy to wear, this fire stone adapts perfectly to all your outfits , adding a captivating touch.

Few people know about Carnelian, because there is no deposit in Europe. Yet it is widely recognized for its healing power throughout most of the world.

The first uses of carnelian are noted around 2700 BC. Archaeological excavations in Mesopotamia have discovered that it was used as a protective ornament for the pharaohs. Among the Romans, it was among the purest stones. During the Renaissance, artists engraved this stone with great refinement.

But much more than a simple jewel , it is found in Egyptian medicine where it is used for natural curative purposes. In the East, it is still used by Buddhists and Tibetans for its astringent and tonic attributes and its beneficial action on the immune system.
