Shipping Policy
1. Introduction
This shipping policy (hereinafter, the "Shipping Policy") applies to all products sold by SAS CLIOBLUE DIGITAL (hereinafter, "Clioblue") through its website clioblue.com. By placing an order on this website, the Customer acknowledges having read this Shipping Policy and accepts it without reservation. Clioblue digital reserves the right to modify this policy at any time, with changes taking effect immediately upon publication on the website.
2. Product availability
All ordered products are subject to availability. In the event that a product becomes unavailable after an order has been placed, Clioblue digital will inform the Customer as soon as possible. The Customer will then have the option to cancel their order and receive a full refund, or to accept a replacement product of equivalent quality and value.
3. Shipping terms
- Delivery zones: Delivery is carried out in the geographical zones listed and detailed on the website clioblue.com.
- Delivery times: The delivery times indicated on the website are given as estimates only. In the event of a significant delay, Clioblue digital undertakes to inform the customer. No delivery delay may give rise to any claim for damages.
- Shipping costs: Shipping costs are those indicated to the Customer at the time of final order confirmation. For deliveries outside the European Union, customs duties and import taxes are included in the displayed shipping costs (DDP — Delivered Duty Paid service). No additional fees will be charged to the Customer upon delivery.
- Deliveries outside the European Union: For all orders shipped outside the European Union, we have enabled the DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) service: customs duties and import taxes are included in the displayed price. The Customer will not be charged any additional fees upon delivery.
4. Receipt of products
The Customer must check the condition of the products upon delivery. Any damaged parcel must be systematically refused by the Customer. Any anomaly (damage, missing item compared to the order, broken products, etc.) must be reported to Clioblue digital's customer service within 48 hours of receipt, by email or phone, with photographic evidence where applicable.
5. Returns and exchanges
In accordance with the general terms and conditions of sale and European legislation on distance selling, the Customer has the right to return or exchange products under certain conditions. The precise terms and conditions for returns or exchanges are defined in Clioblue digital's general terms and conditions of sale.
6. Applicable law and jurisdiction
This Shipping Policy is governed by and interpreted in accordance with French law. Any dispute relating to its interpretation and/or execution shall fall under the jurisdiction of the French courts.
