What does the Bérénice line include?
The Bérénice line brings together jewelry in stainless steel, brass and metal, most of it offered in two finishes, silver-tone and gold-tone, with a few rhodium-plated pieces. Anklets are the most numerous, alongside necklaces, a long necklace and earrings. Each design has a name, Machi, Goro, Prisca, Tina or Bea, which makes it easy to find a piece you have spotted. This is everyday jewelry, easy to mix with what you already wear.
Which anklet should you choose?
The Bea, Tina, Tess, Ilse and Berenice anklets are at the heart of the line. A fine chain is worn alone with flat sandals or barefoot in summer, and it can also be glimpsed under cropped pants or a long slit skirt. For a bolder look, wear two chains on the same ankle, in matching tones to keep it understated or in different tones to play on contrast. Choose the finish of your anklet to match your earrings, the whole look will feel more coherent. You will find more among our anklets.
Which necklace or long necklace should you wear?
The Machi necklace, in rhodium-plated metal, has a pendant made of several beaded chains, it stands out on a crew neck or a plain dress. The Goro necklace comes in rhodium-plated stainless steel or yellow gold-tone stainless steel, to choose according to the tone of your other jewelry. Choose a single standout piece at the neck, then match the rest to its tone. The Anzu long necklace falls lower on the chest and follows the movement of a fine sweater or an open shirt. For other shapes and other lengths, browse our necklaces.
Which earrings should you pair with them?
The Prisca earrings, in rhodium-plated brass, come in a silver-tone finish or an 18-karat gold-plated finish, so you can match them to the Goro necklace in the same tone. The Naya design completes the choice. With your hair up, earrings show more, so a discreet necklace is enough. With your hair down, go for the Machi necklace instead and keep the earrings more understated.
How do you care for stainless steel and brass jewelry?
Store each piece separately, in a small box or a drawer with compartments, so the chains do not tangle and the finishes do not get scratched. Put on your jewelry after perfume and cream, take it off before a shower, a swim in the pool or the sea, and wipe it with a soft, dry cloth after wearing it. A gold-plated or rhodium-plated finish lasts longer when kept away from friction and humidity. For other pieces in the same spirit, see our stainless steel and acetate jewelry.
