Finding the right ring size is essential for your comfort. Here is how to measure your finger correctly and choose your ideal size.

How to measure your finger?
Note: Measurement should be taken when the finger is at a normal temperature (not too cold or too hot). A finger that is swollen in the evening does not require a larger size!
Method 1: With an existing ring (most accurate)
- Take a ring that fits you perfectly
- Measure the inside diameter (the width of the ring opening)
- Compare with the table above
- That is your size!
Method 2: With a piece of string or a strip of paper
- Wrap a thin string around your finger (at the base, where you would wear the ring)
- Make sure the string slides slightly without being too tight
- Mark or remember the length of the string
- Lay the string out and measure it with a ruler (result = circumference in mm)
- Check the table: find the closest circumference

Average sizes by gender
Women
Size 52-54 (Diameter: 16.5 - 17.2 mm)
This is the most common range. Some women wear a size 50 or 56.
Men
Size 58-62 (Diameter: 18.4 - 19.7 mm)
Men generally have wider fingers. Some wear a size 54 or 60.
Comfort tips
The ring should be neither too tight nor too loose
- It should slide easily on the finger (a little slack is normal)
- It should not spin excessively
- You should be able to remove it easily, even at the end of the day
- No blocked circulation or red marks
Finger temperature
Fingers swell slightly in the evening and when it is hot. Measure in the morning for a stable size.
Left finger vs. right finger
Check your size on several fingers. Each finger can have a slightly different size.
Wide rings
Wide rings can feel tighter. Consider half a size larger for more comfort.
During pregnancy
Fingers swell during pregnancy. Wait until after delivery to order a ring.
