Return, Refund & Exchange

At Clio Blue digital, if you are not satisfied with your purchase, you have 14 days from the date you receive your order (based on the Colissimo tracking date as proof) to return the product. You may then request a return of the item as well as a refund of your order.

 

ORDER RETURN

Returns are free of charge if you drop off your order at one of the Clio Blue stores with your invoice. However, return shipping costs by post are at your expense. The return conditions are as follows:

  • The jewelry item(s) must be in their original packaging.

  • New, in original condition, unworn (showing no damage or alteration).

  • Free of any engraving or personalized inscription.

In-store return: Find the nearest Clio Blue store and return your product free of charge.

Return by post: Send your parcel to the following address:
Showroom Clio Blue, 55 Rue de Turbigo, 75003 Paris

A copy of the invoice must be enclosed in the parcel; otherwise, the return cannot be processed.

 

EXCHANGES

You have 14 days from the date of in-store purchase or from the receipt of the jewelry to make an exchange. To request an exchange, please contact our customer service. The exchange conditions are as follows:

  • The gemstone must not have been worn or damaged and must be presented in its original case.

  • Products already exchanged and custom-made items (resized, engraved, etc.) are not eligible for exchange.
